Widow and Two Sons of Capitalist Share Estate Equally.
One-third of the estate of the late Albert Marty will go to the widow, Mrs. Nellie Gates Marty, and the remaining two-thirds will be divided between the two sons, Jemuel G. and Arthur R. Marty, according to the will, which was filed for probate yesterday.
The Rialto building and other properties, valued at more than $400,000, make up the estate.
