ESTATE TO FOSTER CHILD.
Dr. J. A. Hunt Bequeaths $25,000 to 6-Year-Old Adopted Daughter.
All of the estate of Dr. J. A. Hunt, amounting to about $25,000, is to go to his foster child, Helen Hunt. The will was filed yesterday. Dr. Hunt is understood to have drawn the will when he learned that his adoption of the child was open to attack, owing to the fact that her parents had never been found and consequently had not given their consent.
Dr. Robert M. Schauffier was appointed guardian of Helen, who is 6 years old. The property she will inherit includes $20,000 in real estate.
