Boy Who Shot Himself Finished the
Day First.
John Tate, 14 years old, 409 Oak street, called at the emergency hospital late last night and displayed a lacerated and inflamed hand. He said that he had accidentally shot himself in the palm with a pistol early yesterday morning, but at the time of the injury was too busy enjoying himself to go to have it treated. The wound had fostered when he reached the hospital.
